Hi, I’m Kelly Reinhart.
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m passionate about guiding others on their healing journey, helping them reconnect with their minds and bodies in meaningful ways. For the past nine years, I’ve worked as both a psychotherapist and yoga instructor, supporting individuals in navigating past trauma, anxiety, and stress to foster a deeper sense of safety and resilience.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in Box Elder, South Dakota, where I live with my wife who is active duty in the Air Force and our three rescue dogs. As a queer-identifying therapist, I’m committed to providing a supportive and affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community.
My Approach
I help adults who feel stuck in negative thought patterns, disconnected from their bodies, or trapped in cycles of chronic stress that disrupt their sense of calm. My approach fosters greater awareness of thoughts and body sensations, helping clients cultivate presence, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of safety—both within themselves and in their relationships.
Drawing from Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed yoga, and somatic practices, I tailor each session to support healing at both the cognitive and nervous system levels.
Those living in South Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona can work with me through virtual sessions.
