Coming Home to Yourself: A Mind–Body Yoga Series

8-Week Mind-Body Yoga Series
Reconnect with your body, rebuild inner safety, and move at a pace that honors your nervous system.
Beginning January 14, 2025 • Wednesdays 5:30–7:00 PM • Rapid City, SD

This 8-week yoga series is designed to support gentle reconnection with the body in a safe, community-oriented space. Each week you’ll explore a guided reflective practice and a 60-minute yoga class that supports grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation.

No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies and identities are welcome.

What’s Included in the Series

Eight 90-minute in-person sessions

Those that join for the full series will also receive a companion workbook to follow along each week and provide at-home practices.

Meet The instructor

Kelly Reinhart is a trauma therapist and yoga instructor who specializes in helping people reconnect with their bodies in safe, accessible ways. Drawing from somatic therapy, trauma-informed yoga, and Alexander Technique, Kelly creates spaces that support grounding, nervous system regulation, and compassionate self-awareness. Her approach is gentle, invitational, and rooted in honoring each person’s pace.


She believes in making mindful movement welcoming for all bodies and experience levels, and she brings a calm, steady presence to each class.
