8-Week Mind-Body Yoga Series
Reconnect with your body, rebuild inner safety, and move at a pace that honors your nervous system.

This 8-week yoga series is designed to support gentle reconnection with the body in a safe, community-oriented space. Each week you’ll explore a guided reflective practice and a 60-minute yoga class that supports grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation.
No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies and identities are welcome.

Meet The instructor
Kelly Reinhart is a trauma therapist and yoga instructor who specializes in helping people reconnect with their bodies in safe, accessible ways. Drawing from somatic therapy, trauma-informed yoga, and Alexander Technique, Kelly creates spaces that support grounding, nervous system regulation, and compassionate self-awareness. Her approach is gentle, invitational, and rooted in honoring each person’s pace.
She believes in making mindful movement welcoming for all bodies and experience levels, and she brings a calm, steady presence to each class.

Not at all. This series welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each class includes gentle, choice-based movement with clear guidance so you can participate in a way that feels supportive to your body.

No. Even though Kelly brings experience as a trauma-trained psychotherapist, this series is not therapy. It’s an educational and experiential yoga program designed to support grounding, connection, and wellbeing—not replace clinical care.

This series blends gentle yoga, somatic therapy principles, and support for stress management.
Instead of focusing on fitness, flexibility, or perfecting poses, we focus on:Embodied awareness

It’s a supportive space for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and learning tools you can take into daily life.

Classes are kept small to a max of 10 participants to support a sense of safety, personalized guidance, and a calm environment. Space is limited to ensure everyone has room to move and to maintain the supportive, contained feel of the group.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that help your body feel supported (like a blanket, bolster, or pillow). Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a journal if you'd like to jot down reflections.
Yoga props will be offered to those that do not bring them and handouts will be provided for that week’s theme.

This series is intentionally gentle and accessible.
Each week blends mindful movement, breathwork, and simple somatic practices. Poses are offered with variations so you can honor your body’s capacity on any given day. You do not need to be flexible or athletic to participate. The focus is on grounding, awareness, and connection—not performance or intensity. -
I do not offer hands-on adjustments in this series. All guidance is provided verbally or through demonstration so you can stay in charge of your own body and comfort level at all times.

Yes! You’re welcome to join at any point.
Each class is theme-based and does not rely on previous weeks, so you won’t feel behind if you start later. Simply come when you can, and you’ll be able to engage fully with each week’s practices.Please note that the full complementary workbook that accompanies the classes will be provided to those that register for the full series.

If you miss a week, no worries at all. Each class is designed to stand alone, so you can jump back in whenever you’re able without feeling behind.

These are there to support your process—not create pressure. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as feels right.

All payments are non-refundable. However, your registration may be transferred to another person or applied to a future series if arranged before the start date. After the series begins, no transfers or credits can be issued.
