Slow Release Yin Yoga
60 minutes | First Week of the Month
Slow Release Yin Yoga is a quiet, grounding practice designed to support joint health, fascia release, and mobility throughout the body.
In this class, poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the deeper connective tissues to gradually soften and release. The slower pace creates space to ease tension, improve flexibility, and gently restore range of motion.
This practice is especially supportive for people who:
experience stiffness in the hips, back, or shoulders
want to care for joints and connective tissue
are balancing more active workouts or daily stress
Props are encouraged and provided, and all shapes can be modified to meet your body where it is. This class moves slowly and intentionally, making it accessible for a wide range of experience levels.
Expect a calm, steady practice that helps the body unwind and settle.
Class Descriptions:
Candlelit Restorative Reset
75 minutes | Third Week of the Month
Candlelit Restorative Reset is an extended practice designed to help the body deeply rest and the nervous system unwind.
Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture gently holds the body so muscles can soften and the nervous system can shift toward restoration. Poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to experience deep, supported rest.
This class may also include gentle elements such as:
short guided reflections or readings
light sound healing
The room is softly lit with candlelight to create a calm and supportive environment for slowing down.
No yoga experience is required. This practice is suitable for anyone seeking rest, recovery, and stress relief.
